Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the expedition prior to a month before the date of the expedition they will receive a full refund of the deposit amount less any bank transaction fees.
  • If the client cancels within a month of the expedition date but outside of a week from the expedition date the client will be reimbursed 50% of the deposit amount less any bank transaction fees.
  • If the client cancels within 7 days of the expedition date no refund will be given unless the client finds a replacement angler.
  • Only the guide can postpone or cancel single day expeditions due to inclement weather or river conditions or any factors that may compromise the safety of the client/s and/or guide/s. All single day expeditions that cannot be postponed under these conditions will be canceled and a full refund less any bank transaction fees will be given.

NB. On multi day expeditions the guide will always endeavor to do their best to take you to the best available water on any day of the expedition due to the weather and river conditions – however the weather is outside of our control so there will be no refunds given on any days lost due to adverse weather/river conditions during multi day expeditions.
