Capturing the day,

NZ Fly Fishing Photography Release
A good fish, a wild piece of water or a moment worth remembering is often part of the experience. From time to time, New Zealand Fly Fishing Expeditions may capture photos or video during an expedition. This photography release explains how those images may be used.
Photography and video
During your expedition, your guide may take photos or video of the day, including fishing moments, landscapes, river conditions, catches and general expedition activity.
These images may be used by New Zealand Fly Fishing Expeditions for website content, social media, marketing, promotional material or future communications.
Client consent
By taking part in an expedition, you agree that New Zealand Fly Fishing Expeditions may use photos or video taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you advise us otherwise in writing before the expedition.
If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please let us know before your trip.
Respectful use
We will aim to use images respectfully and in keeping with the nature of the expedition.
We will not knowingly use images that are misleading, inappropriate or unflattering.
Sharing images
Where possible, we may share selected images with clients after the expedition.
Not every photo taken will be supplied, and image sharing is at the discretion of New Zealand Fly Fishing Expeditions.
Fish handling
Any photography involving fish will be handled with care and respect for the fishery.
The welfare of the fish comes first, and your guide will manage handling and release practices accordingly.
